Storm Water Pollution Prevention

Construction storm water permits are required for any construction site where the combination of construction activities and land disturbance is equal to or greater than one (1) acre in size. A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan is required for each of these sites. See the documents and links below for permit requirments.
